At least we have Green Goblin’s Pumpkin Bombs! That would be cool if they were boosted in some way over the Halloween season. Or replace team-up tiles with pumpkin tiles that do cool things similar to the environmental tiles of old.
We’ve had Blade, then Ghost Rider, then Blade again. Historical evidence suggests that we’ll get a 5* Ghost Rider this year.
That said, we’re already bracing ourselves for a 5* Thor to a) fill out the MCU Avengers in 5* tier, and b) tie into the movie. We could still get a 4* release, or another one of those 5/3* splits with two different characters.
Although last time this happened we got a Tiny Elektra, so maybe a 3* Ghost Rider? That would satisfy multiple conditions. I’m thinking Hela could be a good candidate as well; movie tie-in and suitably scary for Halloween.

Nico Minoru (Runaways tie-in), Werewolf by Night or Morbius if they want to go more “random”.
With Thor coming i’m not sure they will do anything to be honest.
If they released a Hobgoblin he would instantly be my favorite villain character.
