I’ve heard of that before. I believe it has to do with either low roster size or length of time since you opened a new slot (or both)

My Steam alt, which I fire up every couple of months, gets those HP gifts.
Yeah, I’ve gotten that too. I think the first time you are offline for more than 24 hours you get an red Iron Man 35 cover. If you are offline for more than 24 hours immediately after that, you get some HP. It’s been 10 months since it last happened to me though, so take it with a grain of salt.
