Nope. I don’t think those two Bagman tiles should count IMO.
They’re not Bag-man tiles. Iron Spider makes them too, if he hits enemy special tiles with his green.

No. I matched them all away. Flooding the board was the easy part with Vulture fueling green. The hardest part was getting rid of all team up tiles and hoping no new ones drop.
