Actually when ascension first happened they had 1 stars ascended to 3 in vaults. I know because I got lucky and pulled a few of them (Storm, Widow, Spiderman etc) which is helping me get my 1s ascended to 5s (I didn’t drop 19.99 cash for the 1->5s)

I had a check and both the Dec. and the March Madness vaults had 5x 5* and 6x 250shards for 5* with only 18 LLs to make up for it, I took that as my main model and also the Metassential vaults around the anniversary. I know we cannot have anniversary levels of good things all the time, but this is my fantasy vault, and there is a precedent!

If I’m totalling correctly that is 56 items.
By “truly random” I mean every time you reset the vault you get something different. Not just different colour/ power of the same characters, but a truly random cover/ shards of a random character of the tier.
Also I’m in the deepest pits of iso8 hell, that is reflecting in my choices…
I’m also a big believer in having more personal choices, hence splitting things to Fave shards and CP. CP can be spent in surprise stores (Like that St. Patrick’s Day legendary store) rather then locking you into the LL store, where you might have to wait weeks or even months for characters to rotate out, before you can have your pulls. I prefer that.
