They’ve sold Mythic bundles for $3.99, while this is one rare and two uncommons. No gems or jewels either.
I was wondering about that as well…….
Maybe because they are standard legal?
They’ve sold standard packs including 1 playable mythic + bonus jewels and crystals for no more than $10. We’re talking about Wayward Swordtooth here, a card that’s not anywhere close to new, and only graded as a Rare.
I thought both this and the Bolas offer were jokes, I don’t see either in the vault 
I’m fairly certain they don’t show up if you don’t have all the cards in the pack.
I bought the Bolas one a while back and I’ve already got all the cards in the Huatli one, so… I don’t see 'em neither.
It’s by purchase. You can technically buy a pack you already own all the cards in for orbs. But, once you buy it, the pack can no longer be purchased again.
@Elektrophorus - then that is new functionality to the vault.
I have previously experienced that a pack (the pack with history of Benalia) which I purchased the first time it was in the vault, when the pack returned to the vault I could buy it again (I believe I had all the cards), which I didn’t do of course.
Huh, interesting. I didn’t think I’d bought that many of those packs, but here we are.
