Galactus/SW 3-turn CD tiles

So why is it when Galactus “places a 3-turn CD tile at the start of his turn”, it enters the board as a 3 and immediately goes to 2, but when Scarlet Witch “places a 3-turn CD tile at the start of her turn”, it enters the board as a 4 and immediately goes to 3? We’ve been arguing for a while that her description didn’t match what her ability is doing, and Galactus’ CD tile behavior confirms that it has nothing to do with not wanting to confuse people.

Can we please get some consistency here??

Also, scarlet needs to be fixed since if she is stunned before the CD goes down to described value, it actually stays +1 turns.

(Like when hulk anger CD creates match5, jean grey stuns team, including scarlet)

Indeed. I’m on the “SW works as described” side of that debate, but if she’s working properly then by definition Galactus is not.

They fixed galactus, so description fits!

I wouldn’t call changing the description to match the action a “fix” so much as confirmation that they hate us all & just want our money.
