I have gotten nothing but those loading circles for about 8 hours straight.

I have those circles for two months
The same thing happened to me. About 9 hours ago when I went to check alliance rewards. Since then after the % loading bar, it freezes on the red rings.
I’ve tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, even deleting the app and reinstalling. It’s not a problem with my account, because it happens after reinstalling but before inputting account details.
I’ve sent in a CS ticket, but guessing nothing will change until after the weekend.

I have sent my information in multiple time. Hardware, and specs. Nothing. It would be nice to get regular updates, but nothing. I had a recommendation posted here to use a link to fix the problem. I just put too much time into losing my data that I can only do it if it comes from 505 developers. I appreciate the recommendation and I believe people here really want to help. I just can lose my data and not get anything.
Same problem here. Wifi is working with all other apps, iPad working with all other apps, everything is working fine except for MPQ. Same problems as last month.
I finally got it working. I tried logging in with a vpn and the game loaded. Closed the game, turned off the vpn, and the game loads as normal off my regular ip address.
So yeah, try using a vpn.
Unfortunately I don’t have a VPN.
I am in Asia. Is it possible this is a regional thing?
I live in Japan. It’s possible that their regional server is down.
