Today is the third time I have contacted support about game freezes. I normally would not care in a Quick Battle or deck tuning. I DO care however when it causes me losses in a high level event like the Saheeli Rai. I have received two automated messages and no actual support from Customer Service. I am blanketing the forums as well to try to get someone to acknowledge a fix. The last time I messaged support about a freeze, the automated message said it was fixed. hmmmm…

Even with new cards freezing is an issue.
