Game does not load gems nor any words or most pictures. Does load occasional letters.
The one thing I did find is that if, during a game I go back to the home screen, then go back to the game, it shows the board and all text, then it disappears again when I click out of the ‘options’/‘retreat’ popup
I’m getting the same behavior on my Pixel 6.

Same issue with Pixel 6.
As OP noted, going away from the game and then returning (i.e. changing to a diff app/tab) will temporarily restore visibility. Not sure if the restoration is related to the Google Play overlay being drawn, as seen in the video below.

Any chance for a possible compensation for this issue? I don’t even wanna think about the amount of ISO-8, hero points, command coins, tokens, shards and covers I haven’t been able to claim during the last 2 weeks.
My Samsung S21 has been updated to the new version of Android and I have the same problems as the owners of pixel 6. When are you going to correct your game for the new version of android?
Same issue on Galaxy S21. Have logged with CS. Basically unplayable at the moment, although switching between apps gives about 1 second of visibility. Good luck with the fix.
This should be fixed in Monday’s update. Updates typically go out around late morning PST.
