Give us a Sandbox to play in.

I love the beach and digging huge holes and building castles and this was a bad joke so… Can you guys release a Sandbox environment for us please? I have to assume you have one for testing already anyway. Why not give it to us as well? Just like TG except I pick my opponent’s planeswalker and build the deck they use. I don’t want runes for wins or crystals for progression. Just a strict testing environment where I can play against whatever I want. It would even let us help you find and test weird bugs. You guys are leaving a lot of free hours of beta testing on the table…

This sounds like a lot of fun. It’ll also give us a way to play against friends’ decks, which is something we’ve been asking for for ages.

Wait for all the complaints of “it takes so long to make 2 decks every time I want to play it” though

I like the idea but it would take so long to make 2 decks every time I want to play.

I second the idea. I’d like to have an enemy with a health pool big enough to test the full potential of my latest standard brews.. I think some thousand damage in one turn wouldn’t be unrealistic, but I can only do 300+ damage and add some hundred I might have left in hand on the calculator.

Oh, wait.

I want standard to be balanced, not enemys that skale up with it.

I would so love to be able to play against Coalition members’ decks. Even more than that, I would love for them to also be present in that match, playing against me. True PvP would make this game so much more satisfying.

The ability to replay a previous opponent, maybe keep a history of the last 10

True PVP have a completely different set of requirements and wouldn’t work, but I just thought of something…

Like the old “Play by email” strategy games and stuff, you could play a coalition member and they’d be sent a link and they could then play a game against the exact deck you used (at a time of their choosing, since it’s just triggered by a message in their inbox) and you could do best of three or things like and possibly send personal messages with the game.

I would 100% vote for PvP if it was restricted to intracoalition only
But if it was random, mass matchups… no freaking way

Not sure how tricky that would be to implement a “sandbox mode” for players to test decks out, but I personally agree that being able to tinker around with something like that would be rather beneficial. (I’m not that great at deck-building, so it’d certainly help me level up  )

I’ll be sure to pass this along to them in my weekly report!
