God of Thunder passive does not allow Phase and Conquer Passive [Investigating]

PVE Grocket/Thor/Kitty
-Thor at half health.
-1st turn, make match, keep all strike tiles on board.
-2nd turn God of Thunder Passive activates, destroys tiles. Kittys passive should buff Grocket strike tiles, but does not.
-3rd turn God of Thunder passive activates, destroys tiles. Now Kitty’s passive activates along with it.

Kittys passive should happen at start of 2nd turn, but does not.

Can confirm. I’ve tried swapping the positions of characters. The bug doesn’t happen if Kitty is in position 1.
