Goons Should Not Be Able to Use Team Ups

So I killed off Gorgon and just have to manage countdowns to finish when all of a sudden BAM I get Masterstroked in the face.

What the fuck Shinobi! You can’t even fucking make a move by yourself, how the fuck can you use a team up?

That’s my rant. My irritability is probably amplified by this long EotS event.

Team ups are abilities. Goons use abilities when they get enough ap. Presumably the media analyst can get ap and call team ups, too.
