I haven’t come across anything about this yet. When exactly do goon teams get to use team ups? I notice them going off, and know that they’re not getting the AP from lucky drops, and not generating the AP each turn. So how’s this work exactly?
Goon teams can actually use TUs if they somehow collect enough TU AP from lucky falls. It’s clear when you face a 1 Dark Avenger 2 Goons team for example. If you take down the DA, and the team still has enough TU, the goons left will still use the TU. I would say maybe you’ve missed them collecting TU AP somehow?
