# Griselbrand doesn't work like the Moxes \[Investigating\]

Griselbrand has the same wording as the Moxes (“The first black card in your hand gains full mana”)

But the Moxes work differently: They add mana to the first card in your hand that _can_ gain mana, so if the first X card in your hand is already full of mana, it will fill the next one.

But with Griselbrand, if the first black card in your hand is already full of mana, the next black card in your hand will gain no mana.

It has been confirmed that the Moxes are currently working correctly, in this thread

Also, so that the cards work like they read, might I suggest you change the wording

_The first black card in your hand gains full mana_

to

_The first black card in your hand **that can gain mana** gains full mana_

I hope they listen this time. That has been suggested in past but nothing happened. The inconsistency is still there.
