This card is not working right. I playtestet some games with and sometimes it does not fetcha card or it fetch the card give the mana and then the fetched card vanish.
Also, the cards that are not chosen are not destroyed since Embalm and Eternalize cards do not create activation gems.
But sometimes some of them are. I’ve seen hands where I discard 2+ eternalize creatures end up generating activated gems for just one of the destroyed cards. Honestly, I have no idea how to describe what’s going on with this card except that it’s acting all screwy.
