With the new update, the game has become unplayable. The top of the screen is not visible and the cards are being displayed on the top of the puzzle field.
My device is a Galaxy S7 tablet.
I have the same issue. Same device.
Here is a screenshot, you can see the top is chopped off and the cards are on top of the puzzle field.
Just realized from that picture and playing an event that I cant see my HP or my opponents. This is slightly more annoying than I originally thought.
You can check your opponents hp by opening the battle log. But this is more of a work around.
The worst is if the only match on the board is on the top row. Then one has no choice but to quit and loose the match. The first row on my game is inaccessible it will just slide my hand or my opponents hand into view.
Same issue – Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. Makes the game unplayable.
The ads that try to switch from portrait to landscape seem to be crashing my game as well.

I have same screen ratio issues. Game is unplayable. I have a Huawei M5 lite tablet.
Same issues on Amazon Fire 10 tablet
Galaxy Tab A as well. While not unplayable, extremely inconvenient.

Been having this problem since launch of latest release…
Currently playing on a Google Nexus 7 tablet.
This also makes it IMPOSSIBLE to level up PWs; you literally cannot see the button to level them up in the PW information screen!
