What he said. If you had a FB backup, when you reinstall and associate the account it should load automatically. If not, contact support (there’s a website in my signature or you can hit the “Help” button in the settings menu in-game), but please be patient. I know you can’t access the game, but between the Prodigal Son tickets and just the holiday season, I’m sure they’re bogged.
