Help with roster

Should I champ any of them, plus these which are fully covered at 255 - Hunter, Phyla, HotPool, Havok, Warlock

Currently 24 champed, with 320 LLT

I would probably prioritize Hotpool and Phyla to champ, both are very good. Havok is probably pretty good now too after his buff. Adam Warlock is good when boosted, but I never really find him very fun. Magneto is alot of fun and great for any of the puzzle gauntlets that require clearing a specific color.

IMO:

  1. Magneto: Great board destruction and AP gen
  2. Hotpool: Very niche strike tile buff that can get out of hand IF you build around it
  3. Phyla: Kinda fun and can do decent damage, but requires a lot of healing / healthpacks

Everyone else mentioned can remain unleveled until they are buffed / reworked. If you are short on ISO though I would wait for Agatha, Mephisto and Namor instead.

DO NOT champ either Peggy or Victor unless you run out of other options or they get sorted out - both are very terrible.
