So I’m playing the Sticks and Stones PvP and I find a really juicy target in a player named FaytaLBlinx.
Cage 60
Fury 70
2* Thor 54

I beat them for 30 points, huge this late in a PvP. It counts them up to put me over 500, I back out, no reward. The points didn’t count and I’m back down to 477 without getting hit. I figure the game screwed up again, fought more battles all of which the points properly tallied. FaytaLBlinx comes up again, this time for 28 points. I beat them again, once again it tallies them up and I back out to find another match and once again they are GONE. I fought a couple more matches and all the points count correctly. FaytaLBlinx comes up a third time and once again I beat them and you guessed it, the points tally but are gone as soon as I go to find another match, this time it was 27 points for a grand total of 85 points missing from my score.

My Question is, is this person cheating or is this just a one in a million bug? Have any of you guys seen this before?

You’re not the only one. The exact same thing happened to me in the last 30 minutes or so of the Stick and Stones PvP.

Same opponent: FaytalBlinx. Running a one color Fury, a Thor and a loaner Luke. I must have played against them five or six times, with 30-35 points each time.

I noticed my points weren’t registering - the tally went up and then back down again - but I thought it was a connection bug, not something specific to that player. Yet as soon as I played against someone else, my points stayed up.

This smells extremely fishy to me. I am also annoyed that I could have ended higher in the PvP if I hadn’t played against this “ghost player”.

I sent in a ticket and they “solved my problem” with a rote reply explaining points are in flux and an opponent might be worth fewer points at the end of the match. I replied and explained to them that isn’t the issue. My original ticket was pretty clear on that. Maybe a bot response? Bizarre and frustrating.

I got the same generic answer from D3 myself. I beat them 3 times & on the 3rd time I got 4 whole points. This was the only time I got points for the 3 matches. I’ll be replying to the email with my pics this time. I understand things change behind the scenes. But when the screen after the match says I won 28 pts, but only give my credit for 4 points on the leaderboard. There is a problem & not just things in fluctuation.
