Hero points bonus not working?

There was an in-game pop up today about a one-time 100% bonus for hero points. I bought a “Logan’s Loonies” pack but only got the base 2900 points. Am I missing something here? Do I not understand how this works?

I saw that. I always use to get the 20 dollar bundle when it was doubled. I just can’t bring myself to spend money on it till they fix it

I’m waiting for my receipt from the Apple Store to be emailed to me so I can send it to the 505/d3 (or whatever) helpdesk.

If they have your in game name, they can look up your purchase history. I don’t think a receipt is needed at all to make your case.

Resolved. CS pushed the bonus points to me today.
