Heroic quests - for example, Chandra 2 - consistently freeze after matching gems. Freeze happen at varying points of the cascade process. In some cases it freezes after match but before any replacement gems fall. Other times some but not all of the gems fall, and others all gems fall but new resultant matches aren’t made (leaving screen frozen with 3+ adjacent identical gems.)
Does not happen on every match but reliably happens in most heroic story quests. I’m playing on android.
This sounds like the heroic mission support destruction freeze bug, which should be fixed when the next update drops. Does the freeze happen to you when one of the opponent’s supports is destroyed?
This happened to me about 10 minutes ago, Heroic Chandra 1, she matched some gems that destroyed her own support and the game froze. The only thing that worked was the menu and I had to quit.
