Sure are a lot of spells and effects that effect hexproof creatures. Like cuel reality and kozileks return.
Hexproof means it can’t be targeted manually (e.g. “Target Creature gains -1/-1”). The examples you gave are not targeted.
Anything in which you don’t actually select the creature will work against it.
