Hoarding of covers

I have never seen this mentioned before, and I have only ever had a ton of the ISO purchasable covers before…

If I were ti hoard heroic or above tokens and get to 10, does it then become a 10 cover pack? and thereby increase my odds of getting certain things?

Nope, doesn’t work that way. They stay as individual covers regardless of how many you amass. The only way of getting a 10-pack is to either buy them or win them as an award.
