I got 55k Iso burning a hole in my pocket, and I don’t know what the hell to do with it. The only guys I have who aren’t capped and are worth leveling are:
Lcap to 114
Panther to 104
Psy to 104
I might have enough iso to cap 2 of those 3. My regular team is 140 hulk, 137 cmags, 153 punisher, if that matters.
Go for black panther 
I second Black Panther.
Panther because he gives you a good active yellow, and eventually a somewhat better black than punisher: hell easily replace your hulk on offense (although you probably still want hulk on defense). Psylockes lame in the grand scheme of 3*s, cap really needs to be the focus of your team to be good and you dont have the covers or support to make him so.
Ok, I’m going with panther, and I’ll still have a bunch of iso left over.
Why not wait and use it on Hulk when you get another cover later tonight?
I have 29k left over and I only need the hulk if its black.
