I’ve noticed since using claim all sometimes when going to add covers after using it, it takes me to the opening cover place and opens random covers. Needs to be fixed
Yes, it’s pretty erratic in how it behaves visually, but overall I think it’s a big improvement.
You no longer have to sit there receiving a 2 minute barrage of epilepsy trigger flashes, it just presents you with a list of all the covers you’ve opened, sometimes appearing a bit later than you’d like…
Did they announce anywhere that they’d made this improvement? If so, I missed it, and if not it seems like clawing back community good-will by telling us about implemented QoL improvements would be exactly the sort of win they should be chasing!
I don’t recall seeing this in any announcements, but I welcome this change. ![]()
It was in the update notes.
If only it wasn’t so wonky. I really expected more posts from new players to say they aren’t getting what the pop-ups say, but only a few posts so far. More people have posted about a TU you’ll never use to show a tail in the art instead of a face..
It’s visually very buggy, but i think i did get everything i was supposed to. I like the list idea, but it needs more work for accuracy.
It’s a great idea. Just really poor execution. It shows covers that open but then they aren’t in the list (i.e. it might show I opened a 4* Juggs but in the list it isn’t there and I have no Juggs cover to apply).
They should remove the “click the double-arrow screen”, show this collection box when there are more than one rewards, and just the item when it’s the only reward. I believe that someone else has mentioned that it sometimes navigates back to the Offers tab after accepting the rewards.
The thing is is it seems you get the stuff you are supposed to get, but in 2 Pop ups or after force closing the app
Still wonky
I appreciate it when this works right.
If I were a new player (are there any truly new ones?) who was worried about what I was getting then I could be confused. Vets roll with it because we are used to bugs and snafus, understand the game deeply, know what to expect, etc etc.
I think the lack of complaints overall is just reflective of the deep fall in morale overall and expectations cratering. What’s the point? Devs nerfing everyone on purpose or accidentally, game feels out of their control in many areas, performance remains abysmal.
If I start the app fresh (from a force close say) then it works fine. I open 50, click ‘claim all’ and it shows all 50 covers that I can scroll thru. I can then do another 50 and it too works. It’s an amazing quality of life change for someone like me with 20K plus covers to open across all token types.
But I’ve noticed that if instead you open or get a single cover (say from a PvP battle or the 3 star in DDQ) that it messes up the claim all. The next time you ‘claim all’ it will show the last single cover you got and nothing else. Then a bit later when scrolling thru menus it will suddenly pop up the list that it should have showed on claim all.
For the moment I only open batches of 50 after doing an app restart.

We have a hotfix coming out this week (tomorrow hopefully) that should address some issues with Claim All!
Sounds good I really love claim all it saves time
To make up for the WHOLE mess, you guys have to send a hotfix and some hot chicks
Edit: I have no problems with muscular gals who can strangle an aligazor to death with their bare hands being sent over
Clicking the double arrow is what triggers the summary window. If you do an open 50 tokens and then don’t click the double arrow, you can cycle through the covers one-by-one just like the old days. Once you’ve watched a few covers and had enough of nostalgia, you can click the double arrow and it will jump to the summary window.
Another issue I just added to the bugs thread for the last release is that using the summary window did not trigger the HP refund for a duplicate costume from the “With Great Power” vault. So HP lost ![]()
Edited to add that the HP refund did turn up later, so no loss there.
Sir, I see you’re a man of culture. ![]()
But that’s what I’m saying… We don’t need the double arrows. We don’t need to see individual covers or doodads. The summary box should trigger automatically. It might as well pop up whether it’s one or multiple rewards.
Sometimes you have to make compromises when adding new features to old systems, especially if the outcome (the summary window) is conditional, so as a developer I can understand their implementation. You might think they should show this all the time, and you’re right they could. But if they did, then I think user’s would complain about the fact they need to precision tap the claim button every time they open a single token (think the Sweet or Spicy vaults). The existing UX in those cases of single token openings, the user can just mash anywhere on the screen to acknowledge the outcome. No precision required.
So you’re saying the summary screen needs “mash anywhere” instead of a claim button? I like your style. ![]()
I’ve also been a developer (and now data warehouse lead), so I understand that implementing features over existing processes/hardware can be problematic. But I also wanted the UX to incrementally improve, or at least not worsen, over every iteration. My QoL concept for the vaults is to choose an item in the vault, click the single token option, let the pull process continue until the selected item is chosen or I run out of tokens (no display; just background process), and then put the winnings on the summary screen ordered by received descending so that the selected item is at the top.
I often annoyed my manager because I was not good at compromise. Im always heading towards that pie in the sky. ![]()
Our literal game is predicated on our ability to click small UI box elements.. If you’re struggling with clicking a claim button.. how are you playing the game at all?
Did that hotfix come out or what cause it’s still, doing all that annoying stuff like taking me to a cover opening screen when I’m trying to go to add to covers
