I had a look at Octal’s’site and saw that under the not yet lootable cards we only have 4 “hour of” cards
The blue one is missing:
Is that one seriously omitted from the line up?

Yeah, that’s a mistake on my part.
Standard disclaimer also applies here: currently “unlootable” cards are subject to change before implementation within the game.
Edit: hour of eternity is listed in their official card list. My parser flags based on their list so I am not sure why it’s on the list when it’s not in game.

Glad everything was sorted out! Oh, and yes, AresOmega is correct. D3 Go! handles the website with the card gallery, and not the developers, so feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or comments about it in the future!
