Just looking for some confirmation that I’m unlucky. I don’t remember the last time a heroic token gave me a card I needed… I only have 4 2-stars complete. I’ll even take Bag-Man at this point.
1-stars: 7/7 (includes “incomplete” Venom)
2-stars: 4/11 (Thor, c.Storm, Daken, Cap)
3-stars: 1/8 (IM40)
4-stars: 0/2
RNG makes me sad. I’ve been playing since day-1 with more than a handful of 1st place finishes, but really nothing to show for it except Thor and c.Storm.
1 stars - 7/7 all covers, all at max level
2 stars - 6/11 maxed covers, 3 at max level, leveling 4th one at the moment, missing BW:O Black (not counting The Punisher, it’s only cover I don’t have), though technically there was no chance to get her yet
3 stars - 3/8 maxed covers (IM40, BW:GS, Loki), 2 at 100+, 3 more at 60+, if lucky, I will get last 2 Blues for Doom this weekend
4 stars - both at 1/1/1, levels untouched
Heroics are usually unlucky for me as well, it’s Standard tokens that give me desired covers. Just this week I got last Gray Suit Green and finally 3rd Hawkeye Modern Red (I had like 15 Blue, but only 2 Red for long time)
I got everyone with the exception of the punisher (obviously), but nobody of 2 or 3 star as maxed, most of my chars are around 40-50
I think that’s pretty normal. I’m playing as long as you I think and my collection (cover wise) is as complete as this:
1 star: 7/7 (with a complete Venom 
)
2 star: 5/11 (Thor, C.Storm, M. Hawkeye, Daken, Cap. America)
3 star: 2/8 (IM 40, Black Widow)
4 star: 0/2
Except for Juggernaut and 1 star Black Widow I have no character at max level because everytime a new event takes place I spread the Iso. I think you are on the normal way, I mean, complete and playable are two different things, I perhaps am missing two green Wolverine covers but use him quite frequently nonetheless
I’ve got at least one cover for each power of all characters except 4* Wolverine (missing green and yellow), both Magnetos (missing red for each), and 2* Black Widow (missing black, but then again, so is everyone else).
In terms of maxed out, I’ve got quite a few maxed out on powers, but only one-stars, Classic Storm, and Thor maxed out on levels. Working on leveling villains for lightning rounds has reduced the level maxing for a while (although 2* Wolverine is now on his way).
Collection currently complete. They are either at max or at level 25.i love this game.
Do you mean characters at maximum power only?
I have enough slots for all the current characters, so I don’t throw any characters out… On the other hand, I only use covers to increase power levels, not HP, so I haven’t maxed many uncommons.
1* - all characters.
2* - Daken, Thor. (Captain America and Modern Hawkeye need one more cover each. I’m restarting Wolverine, so I have one at 3/4/4 and one at 1/1/5.)
3*-4* - Nobody!

And If you mean max power and max level, the only one is Black Widow (Modern).

2-stars: 10/11 - Need to find three black Classic Black Widow’s (3 are at Max Level Thor, C. Storm and Wolverine)
3-stars: 6/8 - (Need 4 yellow Hood and 2 Blue Doom) (4 are at Max Level Rag, Mag, Spidy and IM40)
4-stars: 0/2 - If any of these were not completely worthless they would be maxed.

All that I’m missing, I believe, are the * villains that are terrible IMO (Venom, Juggernaut and Yelena) by choice, and *** Spiderman that I’ve seen once and regretfully sold the first week I had the game due to space limits. Still sad about that. Working on leveling GBW, would love to get cards for Rag, Hood and Spiderman. Also sold a ton of cards for various ** that I just decided to begin building, like Spidey and Daken. It’s crazy how easy it is to level new characters, they give out their cards like candy. I maxed Cap by accident, same with IM. Going to work on his levels after GBW with the absurd amount of buffs he receives.

Why do so many people have max cover dakens, were there events handing him out?
Many many, including previous Lightning rounds and even as a daily reward for logging in.
I have 53 total abilities left to upgrade across all heroes that aren’t 1 star Hawkeye(not worth a cover slot) and 4 star heroes. Of those, there are only 2 abilities that I have not unlocked, those being Magnetized Projectile and Espionage.
About 3 weeks ago he was given as progression and ranking rewards in two or three tournaments back to back, along with being a daily reward in the same time period.
There were complaints about the amount of Daken being handed out.
I do think the rewards get in a rut as far as characters go… which has pluses and minuses.
