You forgot about championed Howards. I’ve seen two in my PVP season leaderboard (the usual suspects), but no maxed ones. I want to say the highest I’ve seen is ~Level 345.
I also agree with your comment on the artwork.
As for my Howard: 2/0/2, Level 106. I purple from Top 100 in The Hunt and another from the special PVE. One green from DDQ and another from a Fowl Play token.
0/0/0. Missed guaranteed cover (and last sub overall) and wasn’t so lucky with tokens, haven’t enough time to take top placements in PvE, or enough cool 4**** to compete in PvP. I hope I’ll be able to catch Howard next Duck Season.

Joined last moments in S5 so got first purple with almost no work in PVE.
2nd purple cover was in Howard PVE - were they still testing then? Easy to get to and get it.
3rd purple cover was in Taco vault - figured might as well pull for it and hope DDQ works with 0/0/3.

To bad step 1 and 3 won’t happen again the next time they run Howard. This is a good topic and I meant to start it this morning with a poll - this new “joke” character wasn’t dropped in many places for everyone other than PVE, and 0/0/1 I heard made it really hard to pick up a 2nd copy.

I hope it’s not true that he won’t be available again for a year. I think he’s really fun and decently useful. Duck Duck Loose is nasty with 5 star strikes. Would like to max him.
- While he looked like fun, I couldn’t be bothered to compete for a character that I will never get a chance to finish. If the devs had said that Duck Season would be a recurring event, I might’ve cared.

This is super, super disappointing and frustrating, especially given how close Howard’s release was to 4Pun. People who covered their Howards well are justifiably proud of him, but there honestly can’t be that many people who covered him well compared to those who didn’t. I don’t think anyone will dispute that the drop rate on Howard the Duck was shockingly low for a limited time release character.
Currently 3/2/3. t5 in Hunt event, alliance cover, vault pulls, last node cover , and DDQ. Level 132. I’ll level him up eventually, but i have others in line to level before him. Unless Demi wants to be really nice and give us a double ISO month, or week, I’m not greedy. One week will be fine
