I’ve seen a lot of negative experiences with support, and I’m wondering if that feedback is getting through to D3Go! or not. I’m genuinely curious what kind of feedback they are getting from people after support closes a ticket out, so I created this poll.
Depends on the ticket. If it’s just reporting a cheater, I won’t leave feedback. If it’s an issue that I find is important to me, I will usually leave detailed feedback.
Always and with comments. When I’m not happy, my comments are constructive.
I’ve only filed a handful of tickets, and I have left feedback every time for both good and bad experiences.
