With new characters coming every 2 weeks I’m just curious how many slots everyone has? Currently I have 43 and I just sold 1 2* character and I have next 2 more that I can probably sell (I sold Daken and I will sell Hawkeye, and I am debating about Captain Marvel).
I’m playing for 190 days and got 47 slots, think I’m staying at 50 or so! Still I have bought some with real money.
39 will probably buy another tomorrow. How many is too much? I don’t know yet
275 days and 76 slots.
It would not be too much if each additional slots was not 950 HP.
46 after a year (enough for everyone except the truly weak characters).
I’m on Day 291, and I have 56 slots. That includes duplicates for XF, UDaken, Dino, Hood, IM40, OBW, and Juggs, though.
For Mystique & GT, I might buy 1 slot & sell an IM40, but I’ll probably just buy 2 slots. I could always use more slots. 
I’m at 48, with OBW, Hood, and Sentry there twice. I sold off Cap 2* and Bullseye to fit the duplicates of Hood/Sentry. I still have IM35, Storm, and Juggs, of which I’ll certainly keep Juggs, debating what to do with the other two. Might also sell 2* Thor if push comes to shove, since 3* trumps him massively.
How many I’ll expand to depends on how many people are nice enough to buy me Steam gift cards for the holidays.
Day 173 and I have 47. All 2,3,4 stars and iron man and hawkeye 1 star. I have enough HP after my alliance slot purchase refund to buy many more slots when they are needed.
I have 39 slots and iron man my only one star will get.more as I get new characters
Day 232 with 33 slots. Sold my last 1* in Storm today to make some room. Current roster is three 4*, twenty five 3*, and five 2*… and only about six of them are really viable to use.
I can definitely tell who has been putting more money into the game in this thread than me
Day 163, 44 slots. Have a duplicate 2* Storm and a Level 1 1* Storm for the Jug Heroic. Neither has been leveled yet, so I both are expendable. Sitting on 450 HP, next slot is 600 HP.
Sell Moonstone, not IM40, Moonstone!
HM is F2P, as am I. I’m only a few days ahead of you - I think ~240 at this point, and I have not spent a cent on the game and have 51 slots, and will surely be buying more slots in the coming days for mystique and GT. I still have my maxed 1*MBW and Storm, although they never really get used. I recently splurged on slots for Juggs for BOP/Combined Arms and extra MBW (0/5) and OBW (3/0/0) for sending team ups. Also have one duplicate slot which I was originally building another LT just cause he is my favorite, but now am building another Hood since 5/5/3 is best for PvE but 3/5/5 is best with sentry (and occasionally useful with LC).
We get refunded for the alliance slots? I bough quite a few myself.

Ummmm, ewkay. After reading this post and the responses, I think having 104 slots might be a bit much. Not to mention just this morning I bought $300 USD of Google Play cards for the sole purpose of getting more. 
I am beginning to think that I might have an addiction here. Anyone know of a good video game Rehab?

A few of mine were bought in October. So I got those back. Also I was polite with the customer service people and ended up getting back 3300 HP. All in all it is less than I “wasted” but was a good faith gesture for sure.
I’m not sure when I purchased my last slot. Did they do the research for you? I’m going to shoot them a message and find out since I bought about 4 or 5 of my alliance slots.
