I never know the Latest schedule change. When does Cable rotate out?

Good luck, I tried to pull for Cable and I got was 5 Fatpin covers 
Next monday. It’s usually two weeks after the latest 5 star store closes, which is usually on a Monday.
Carol’s in. Took me 22 tokens to finally get a cover for her so I can play her PvE essentials when they come up.
I pulled 18 in this store (plus a number from the previous two stores where I was trying to get one of her wingmen). Still no luck on Carol, but Bonus Heroed the 10th Namor cover I needed for the Talos free cover, and a Bonus Hero Okoye as well.
