The idea would be great if it would be a HP buy-in events we saw earlier.

Rules:

  • Free, non-competitive event is also playable
  • “Paying” players can join a relatively small bracket
  • Price for joining 300 HP (up to)
  • guaranteed event token
  • Possibility: can start multiple sessions during Gauntlet

Great post turul. Was thinking about starting a thread like this too. My one addition, have the event start for everyone at the same time once the bracket fills. Don’t know how to implement or notify people but if you are paying HP, everyone should have the same chance.

I was lucky to get in a fresh bracket but the other 9k of people weren’t so lucky and had 0 shot at the top prize. When you join shouldn’t impact the placement in a speed round.

Edit: thought about it. Run a timer while playing. Starts one server side once you complete the first node and doesn’t stop until done. Then when bracket is filled and everyone is done, rank everyone by time. Solves bracket filling issue and you still win by fastest to finish.
