Should be more specified:
“When the enemy team damages Hulk for over 5% of his health, a random basic Black tile becomes a 1 turn Countdown that changes 1 basic tile(s) to Green.”
Reason:
Anger does not trigger when Hulk is damaged by his own team (eg. Court Death). This probably applies to more characters / passive skills (2* Storm?)
