When Miles posted, “I’m just going to nip this in the bud: There are currently no plans to make any updates (positive or negative) to any 4-Star characters.”, the obvious question should have been, “So then which 3*s are you about to nerf?”.
So check out the spoilers thread, and plan accordingly…
If you are referring to the info posted this afternoon.. pretty sure it is not a nerf, but a slight change to a 1* char…

I hope you’re right, but tinkering with 1*s at this point would seem like an odd thing to prioritize…

Seriously? You don’t even know if it’s a buff or a nerf, which version of the character it’s for, or what the exact effect will be, and here you are complaining already?
How about we wait until we know what’s going on before we show up at the gates with pitchforks and torches?

It’s probably more about nerfing the TU than the character itself if it is 
Black Widow.
Can’t have TU’s that benefit the player too much 
At this point, why don’t you just scrap the whole Team-Up system altogether? Most of the time they work agaisnt you like cheap Rage of the Panther in a PVP match.
Nipping this in the bud too. Please don’t rely on the spoiler thread for your character info; we have nothing planned, conceived or in consideration for any 3*s either.
