I feel bad about this but...

Just started heavy metal PvP ran through the seed teams found a guy with low level grey suit and 150 darken for 75 points, hit them, scrolling through when I see he/she retaliated, hit back for 60+ points, scrolling through see he/she retaliated again. Long story short I am at 600 points and have only beat this one person and seed teams. Fell bad for only hitting them again and again. But wouldn’t you notice this? Maybe they are in a giving mood.

Don’t feel bad, it’s not like you kept skip searching for him to repeatedly beat him, it’s their own fault for repeatedly hitting you back.

So you made someone quit the game.

They should have some basic game play tips available in game. Is it essential to read a forum to understand basic game play mechanics?

I bet someone on the forum could come up with a simple guide. Put it in game to avoid new players having this experience.

There’s no tip necessary to know a retal node worth 5 points = skip

Well I woke up to see they retaliated again. Another sweet 60 point hit back. I have no idea how they are obviously climbing so high. The last retaliate they took 10 points from me be lost 60 when I hit back.

Yes there is. “There’s a skip button.” Several of my alliance buddies missed that when they started in PvP.
Sure, it’s game basics, but it’s also easy to miss.

Not bad enough to stop doing it apparently.

Wish you could only hit any one person one time per event. This would avoid all sorts of issues: Driving newbies out of the game, retal wars, (some) sniping, (perceived) multi-tap targeting…

And nobody would be able to reach 1300.
Not a great idea.

You and I know this, but new guy just sees some one attacked him and hits back without understanding how the points system works.

They must be playing all day to keep their score up.

It takes a while to figure out the game mechanics in pvp. I personally wouldn’t bother hitting a guy multiple times like that. It may come back to bite you a few events down the road.

lmfao @ “they should know better, it’s their own fault”. Oh, the things that people say on the internet…
