My first question is can you humm Darth Vader’s theme song, of course everyone can, the imperial march is amazing. My second question is can you humm Luke’s? probably not. All media is only as good as the bad guys, which seem to be underrepresented in MPQ. I am going to try to make three polls with the top 45 villains that you would like to see then have the top 5 of each progress to a final round with the top 15. At this stage you may chose 5 villains from each list. Sorry if you have many favourites in one group, I tried my goodest. 
Also sorry for any fan favorites I missed.

I’ve thrown all my votes in, mainly on guys I think might have some interesting game mechanics like Apocalypse or Electro.
I voted for characters I thought would be good as playable characters. Someone like Galactus, Thanos, and Apocalypse I would not put in that role. Those are serious threats when they appear and should be treated as such with a unique PvE against them.
For example, someone like Galactus could be treated like a global enemy during an event. An asynchronus boss. He has a massive (and I mean massive) amount of hit points that all players chip at (with a time limit) and those that participated receive a reward. You could have nodes that set up his story giving you regular progression rewards and the final node is where this mechanic will take place. For a better idea of what I’m talking about, here’s Ur-Dragon from Dragons Dogma.

As Mawtful mentioned, it’s Binary Sunset, the theme that plays when Luke is on Tatooine looking wistfully/soulfully/sorrowfully at the two suns setting…
And per the Phineas & Ferb Star Wars special, apparently Luke does that a lot…

Bump, just to keep the three posts together.
Why the other two polls, 16-30 and 31-45, have about half the votes each as this poll? Are the Villains here that much more popular, or some people didn’t notice there are three different polls? Do people read the first post before voting in a poll? Maybe update the subject or poll question to mention other polls? 
I think the reason for that is that this is like an A-List of villains here. If it had Dormamu on here, we’d completely pass up any other poll. Over half the list here are characters that are quite notable in their respective sector of the Marvel Universe.
This probably comes from the source material, I went online and grabbed 3 different top 50 villain lists by other people, to try to be unbiased, took out the existing MPQ characters and put this list together, therefore this would be other peoples top 15 by definition, I should have listed them alphabetically to get around this.
This is by far the most competative bracket. Until Doom gets a third skill I’m considering him a doom bot.

I would LOVE to see Carnage enter this game.
They should add Apocalypse, but make it so that if you use him, you can’t use anyone else. He is so powerful that he should be able to stand up to any 3 characters all by himself.
I just don’t see Galactus or Mystique translating well into a match-3 game format.
