i hate that some thugs with a gun can even have a fight vs superheroes.
once you have the 2star black widow they shouldn’t be much of a problem anymore though.
unless they’re feeding their automatic ap into a real opponent.
Ninja / Muscle combo is the worst possible.
There’s always the odd match (especially recently) where a one/two strike tiles get of… Then the Attack tiles and it’s pretty much pain.
likely pain yes, but not always the absolute end. more than half the time waves 2 and 4 don’t get a chance to make a match against me. most of the time wave 3 doesn’t get anything off and usually wave one only gets 1-3 cds off before I have enough ap to start the ap train with thormneto. I have still finished all 4 waves when wave 1 had 4 or so threaten strikes out there. one bad cascade though and you’re wiped.
Funny you should say that - the original TMNT were kind of a parody of/homage to Daredevil. Their original origin was that a boy saved a blind man from a car, but was struck near the eyes by a radioactive canister. That canister then rolled into the sewers and mutated the turtles.
Also, Daredevil’s mentor was Stick, the Turtles’ was Splinter. Daredevil’s ninja foes were the Hand (our friends the frustrating Ninjas,) while the Turtles’ nemisis was the Foot. You see what I mean? 
Interesting, never thought about it that way. Well I still hate them. Is elektra in the hand, she I seems like she would.
I love those 700+ protect tiles that Threaten CDs give me. Loki’s Trickery FTW.
