If he ever gets released, it should be as a joke character, a la Devil Dinosaur. He should have wings flapping (blows a chosen tile to the nearest cluster for a quick match), pecking, and running his mouth (to stun the opponent, because of how ridiculous a talking duck is).
As a 1* character, yeah, it’d be good.
