Mostly because I didn’t choose Batman in that other poll, and I don’t want him coming after me! Also, I think there are both Pterodons and pwetty birds in this picture.

Ultimately, after all of them die, after the clouds pass on, after the boat is no more than a rotting hull, the grand structure will remain, winning an ultimately futile battle against the consept of all of our impermanence that even it will slowly lose, erasing the final mark of a society long gone. Also it looks really cool.
