There’s really no reason to believe this will be the case. Hulkbuster fits in with the 4* release schedule while Dino was intended to be a “joke” or “trophy” character as a birthday present last year (even thought with the introduction of Prof X and K. Khan passive Dino has actually become quite useful).
Admit it: it would totally be worth it if it meant seeing a Hulkbuster waving tiny little arms…
