I think I am screwed......

I played a lot this puzzle quest, and I began having high level characters (Iron Man M40, Black Widow Grey suit, etc…) and a lot of 3 stars characters (Dr. Doom, Spiderman, The Hood, etc…) but unfortunately, I lost yesterday my smartphone.
I don’t use facebook (I like my web privacy), so no way to backup my profile.

Even when I’ll have a new smartphone, I am not sure that I want to begin anew all the game.

Send in a ticket. I asked something similar, though it was precautionary and not reactionary, and was told they can get it even without you having connected to facebook.

In game tickets are not working too well (as stated by IceIX in this topic).

As long as you are able to provide your PVP name, support will be able to restore your data.

I didn’t got a new smartphone from now, and not sooner.

So I began a new game with Steam.

And it is horrible !!! Coming back to a 1 star level 25 team…
It has been a week since I got a good cover, getting always some Iron Man * or Hawkeye * or Yelena *.

My roster sucks, I don’t get any good character at the end of the tournament, and I realized that it is very difficult for a new player now.

I just started a 2nd account on my tablet (I can’t remember the number of times I re-started the original PQ - loved it so much), and I actually made it a goal to not accept any new 1s. So I have a roster of 12 characters with my only 1 being IM35. It has been extremely slow progression, but my goodness does it feel good when you do get a new cover.

Think of it as a break from your main account and it becomes much more bearable (although granted, I do still play my main when I want high-powered goodness).
