Rep of 25+ lets you downvote. Otherwise, it helps newer people see who is respected (more or less), based on the opinions of the community.

Definitely, they need to add a Forum hitlist node where you can add the names of the forum posters you most want to punish in PVP.
I mean in this circumstance I could attack Phantron every time he complained about Spiderman or Classic Magneto, but then I would have no time to place in PVP.
I could attack TheUnwiseOne every time they posted something truly odd, but that would be like attaching Phantron every time he posted about Spiderman or Classic Mags.
I could attack Arogntbastrd for bringing up the fact that we were close in Forum Rep that he introduced me to a new metagame.
Maybe beat on Jozier and Klingsor just because they don’t play well together, and we all know the best way to modify behaviour is with beatings. “I hit because I care”
