I had a weird situation where I opened a 5 card pack. I got 2 of the same new cards (so a dupe) in the same pack. And it didnt convert the 2nd dupe new card into runes i think. Therefore i got 1 new card and only 3 cards converted to runes.
But i am not 100% certain as it was a couple days back and my memory is a little foggy. Ive been waiting for it to happen again but i havent gotten an identical dupe new card in a pack yet.
Nah, that’s not correct. At least not always. After hearing about that, I took Screenshots of orbs and runes before I received the reward, and used the manual convert button (the automatic one doesn’t trigger immediately when getting a card not from a booster). The mythic got converted
When you open two times the same card in a pack and it is new for you, the second copy always gets tagged as “new” like the first.
This is a bit misleading and can make you think that the second one is not converted to runes, but it is. I checked several times and always got the correct number of cards converted to runes.
