If you had to pick your favorite ten characters, who would they be? It can be top ten most powerful, most wanted, top 10 favorite to use, etc. Just a fun thread.

Close to having usable 4*s, which is why only prof is on the list. 4Thor and hopefully HB and XFW will soon be up to par.
Maybe I should pay more attention to IF, I’ve usually ignored him and seeing that all the lists currently have him means he’s something special.
ten most useful characters off the top of my head, in no particular order
Iron Fist – Best overall character for speed
Luke Cage – best defensive character for protecting squishy supports from match damage
Scarlet Witch – best ap battery
Jean Grey – best counter to tile-spawners
Iceman – best stunner
Black Widow (original) – best ap stealer, best 2* by a mile
Iron Man (Hulkbuster) – best tanky damage dealer
Deadpool (3*) – super-whales!
Juggernaut – best 1* by a mile
Prof X - best pve combo opportunites
Honorable mentions:
xforce deadpool – great true heal and strongest color denial
thing – good tanky defense
cyclops – best 3* damage
kk and 3* thor – great self-accelerated aoes
Lazy Cap – best pve board comtroller
your # 4,3,and 2 are all heavy black users, IF is the top Black AP generator there is.. you should be using him!
A mix between strength, how much I use them, and how fun they are to play. Most of my 4*s are still in transition.
Iron Fist is head and shoulders better than any other 3* (and better than many 4*s too). this has been true since his release.
I really can’t pick… I’ve been trying out a lot of combinations and found a lot of fun teams, but they wouldn’t work so well if you break them up. Shield sim is kind of my favourite part of the game. Still need a lot of covers, but I’ve been testing a bunch of my half-baked 4*s there.
Actually just came off grinding down the last brotherhood sub and clearing the new one without using any health packs, just switching characters around. And I still have enough healthy characters that I could start on pvp, just need a break after the mad grind.
What about IF makes you ignore him?
A free Attack tile makes him special enough
Here’s my list:
Not sure I can put them in order, but it’d be some combo of She-Hulk, XForce, Cyclops, Fist, Scarlett, PX, Grocket, Kamala, Rogers, and Deadpool.
I’d probably enjoy Jean, XDP, and Thing, but I’m not there yet.
Last on the list is Hulk by a country mile. God is he boring to use.
For sheer fun factor, Kamala is my #1. In fact, I started to think of a list, and other than Cyclops they were all green/purple users. Something about those guys! (Actually, more than half of them are gals at this point, which is progress.)
Right now my very favorite thing in the game is bring Kamala, Steve and Hood against goons that feed purple. With a little patience, and careful matching, you can turn the entire board green!
Let me see… Mostly a 3* player, my 4* are not quite there yet.
Iron Fist - I love the black AP, the strike tile and of course, the purple punch. Total badass.
Cyclops - One of the highest damage dealers in the game, and his black is immense fun to pull out. ‘Pew pew’ with the lasers.
Scarlet Witch - Her purple generation/attack is awesome, and I like the AoU art used for her character.
Luke Cage - Best 3* defender there is, great combination with Iron Fist.
Blade - Strike tiles and attack tiles are great from him, especially on PvE.
She-Hulk - The ultimate AP stealer with high health, and a decent AoE attack with her red. Awesome as a 3rd member of the team.
Magneto - His blue and red attacks are awesome, just wish he had a little more health.
Captain America - Tile copying over, awesome in PvE versus goons and his red ‘nuke’ when buffed is a killer.
Loki - Deceptively strong, and hilarious when he steals so much AP from the AI, who can’t resist matching-4.
Kamala Khan - Great green, with green generation and her heal is a cool deterrent to people, especially when coupled with cheap AP characters like Punisher for example.
Having the exception of 2 or 3 of the *** characters, I guess it came down to who I covered the quickest. DP, BP, and Hulk were the first three and having two major AOE attacks in DP and BP with Hulk as a Scarecrow made me turn my eye away from the others.
And then in no particular order:
2. 3* Cap - I like the shield mechanic
3. Thor - Powers work well together
4. Hood - Good character for offense since you can protect him
5. Luke Cage - Prevents damage from quicker matches
6. Hulkbuster - That red packs a punch
7. Black Widow - I just like her green and useful pink (yes, I’m colorblind)
8. Loki - I like the match 4/5 “prevention”
9. 4* Thor - I like her charge mechanic and how it works with her colors
10. 1* Venom - Because saving up purple and black to devour a character feels great (I miss the days when I could say ‘devour a team’ instead)
Using only currently available characters;
*Jean grey & prof x since you need three characters for ssim.
Not in order of strength, but in order of how I use them:
…and Surfer. I use him quite a bit, but I’ve been denied covers for weeks now so he’s getting a timeout.
