Me versus Them

We joined at the same time, but what do I see?
A newbie who has an easier bracket than me!

Happened once, I thought it was just luck
Shrugged and moved on, but then the worry stuck

Because after a few times, I saw the rhythm in the flow
Repeatedly and consistently and wouldn’t you know

That while I got death and those who don’t sleep
They got it easy - their competition was never steep

And as I clawed my way up to the last tiers
They were singing and humming without any fears

Three covers they collected with hardly a sweat
While I spent on Health Packs which I regret

To collect a single cover - what the fucking HELL?!
Seriously, guys, something about this REEKS and SMELLS.

That said, I think I’m about done.

Even though I’m not at the hardcore tier of players, this business with my fucking stupid bracketing is getting REALLY OLD AND REALLY FAST.

I’ve now had the repeated joy of joining PvEs and even PvPs at the same time as a much newer player whose roster is comprised of 1-2s with 2s mostly unfinished and a whole bunch of 3* PvE rewards and have had the added joy of watching them waltz their way to snagging top placement in rewards while baaarely - if even - grabbing the Final Progression Reward.

I, on the other hand, with a mostly full 2* roster and with a building 3* roster somehow got/get stuck with the people who either never sleep or who have the huge ass 3-4* fully-built rosters who rack up the crazy insane number of points from the get-go.

One time, a few times, I can understand this happening.

But EVERY SINGLE TIME, NOW?

What the hell did I do to earn me this kind of bracketing while the newbie gets a cakewalk and 3 3* covers when they haven’t even finished building their 1-2* rosters?

What the hell did I pay money for?
