In-game support chat broken?

I‘ve sent a support ticket in game. A few hours later I got a in-game notification that I had 2 replies to my ticket. I touched the notification bar and got to the support chat. It had an empty white screen only with the ability to post a jew message at the bottom. I used that to ask where the 2 replies were, that got shown, but when I restarted the game a day later, also that message is now missing. I supplied my mail address but also did not get any mails (also checked junk).

Is support currently broken? Using latest ios with iPhone X, IGN like my handle here. @Brigby

@supergarv Hmm we’ve seen that issue a few times before on our side as well. We believe there might be a few things we need to update on the back-end in order to better support certain Apple OS. I’d recommend using the email option in the meantime: mpqsupport@d3go.com

I just got a followup mail, thanks. It refers to people like me using more than one device. (However also on my second device it didn‘t show up).
