In our Alliance, “Deadpool711”, there is a player who is inactive for a year or so and we are not able to remove him because he is a commander.
Unfortunately for the alliance, it is annoying because each season he scores 0 and takes the place of a potential player.
Right now, the only way I see to work around this is to start a new alliance. 
Could it be possible that someone from D3 removes him manually ?
Maybe it would be a useful thing to implement in the game: some kind of !voteban feature in the chat (or in the commanders’ panel), like in the FPS servers.
If a developper or admin reads this and can help us, I can give you his nickname in private.
