Does that mean I get 10 Heroic Packs, as well as *** Magneto?
You get just the 10 packs and out of those 10 packs you will get magneto or maybe more of him. But one will be him for sure.
One random-colored Magneto cover, nine random pulls (which have their usual chance of being Magneto as well).
But more than likely will be Moonstone Black, Cap Yellow, or Daken Black.
