I just got awarded the a level 5/150 Nightstalker TU. At the time of the award I clicked on the “I” and it said that the TU would do @1000 damage and drain 1AP/turn, which is obviously wrong.
Later when selecting the team ups, the Info window gives the correct 1726 damage and 3 AP/turn drain.
I’ve also noticed this as an issue with Black Widow team-ups:
5 Sniper Rifle didn’t say deals AOE damage when first selected in the rewards screen, but works (ie if selected in the select team-ups screen) as normal otherwise.

from mBW only said stun for 2 turns initially but displayed the correct information otherwise.
Still persists, noticed yesterday with my MMN TUp:
upon receiving for the first time
in game, actual correct info, also displays correctly in inventory now
