It’s funny how the players, without even playing with the card, knew it was broken beforehand, but Hibernum releases the card after “internal testing”. That either means they knew it was broken, and released it anyways, or their “internal testing” is not very indicative of reality.
Enjoy it while you can. If my luck holds true I won’t pull either of these cards until the day after they have been nerfed. So get the nerf bat out D3 I want my mythics.
You know, I think we do the development team a disservice by insinuating that they are incompetent.
Firstly, I’m sure they have names and for the lack of anything better I am going to call them “Bob”. I know, “Bob” is a singular, but all the evidence points to the team being very understaffed and it’s possible “Bob” is running solo.
Secondly, who are we to say that “Bob” lacks a sense of humour. It’s entirely possible that “Bob” took note of our recent competition to get a creature to 1000 power, looked in the mirror and said “hold my beer”. We simply assume poor QA, which is unfair and a likely egregious misstep on our part.
Finally, it’s possible this one just snuck past “Bob”. Perhaps by only testing the card with a level 7 N1, the true potential of this card was not identified. It’s tough when you have to juggle many tasks and we shouldn’t be unfair to “Bob”.
PS it is entirely possible that I recently watched some old episodes of Blackadder when naming “Bob” so if I have whiffed on your name, my apologies and I wish you luck and fortitude for the latest release and the releases yet to come. Peace out, “Bob”
